About me

I come from hospitality. From 2012 to 2022 I looked after guests, took reservations and wrote invoices. In 2021, in a management role, I coordinated operations, led staff and opened a new venue.

From 2022 to 2024 I retrained as an IT specialist for application development (Fachinformatiker) at GFN Essen, with an internship at Q:marketing AG. For one year I worked the phones in Germany's 116117 out-of-hours medical service: initial medical assessment, coordination with on-call doctors, support for doctors and pharmacies.

Today I automate exactly this kind of work. I know it from the other side, from behind the counter and on the phone.
